The following business conducts are very important when reserving an apartment with FH-Signature. We expect that these terms and conditions have been read and accepted. Thank you.

Reservation & Rental Payment

In order to secure your reservation a down payment will be required. The down payment must be made within two days upon confirmation of the apartment’s availability and the balance two weeks prior to your arrival date. In both cases, a payment confirmation must be submitted to FH-Signature within this time. Please note that your reservation will only be secured after the payment has been confirmed.

Rental payments for extensions must be made two weeks prior to the end of the primary tenancy agreement.

Payment Methods & Credit Card

The payment of your rental term can be made either via credit card (we accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa), bank transfer or PayPal.

Should you wish to pay with credit card and in order to prevent from its fraudulent use you are required to submit the credit card details either via telephone or fax.

Prior or latest on the day of your arrival you are required to provide us with your credit card details in order to cover for any breakages, damages or additional charges incurred during your stay.

Cancellation

If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your reservation please be aware that the following is to be taken into account:

– Cancellation requests must be made in written form.

– Cancellation requests made with less than 30 days of the arrival date for reservations of less than one month will result in the loss of the total amount of the initial agreed payment. For rentals of one to three months it will result in the loss of one full month rate.

– Cancellation requests made with less than 30 days of the arrival date for rentals of more than three months will result in the loss of two full month rates.

– Cancellation requests made during the stay will result in the loss of 75% of the initially agreed remaining rental period.

FH-Signature reserves the right not to refund for non-arrivals, late arrivals or early departures according to the tenancy agreement.

Arrival & Departure

If not agreed otherwise, the apartment is available from 14h00 on the day of your arrival and up to 20h00. Please note that for late arrivals between 20h00 and 23h00 an extra fee of 50,00 Euro will be charged.

The check-out time on the day of your departure may not be later than 11h00. In consideration towards other guests, please be aware that late check-outs after 11h00 are subject to a charge equivalent to the standard rate for a one night stay.

On the arrival and departure days a check-in and check-out protocol may be processed which are conclusive to the tenancy agreement.

Ethics & Behaviour

FH-Signature is strongly committed to the well-being of the community and to the environmental protection. Your collaboration is therefore highly appreciated.

Special attention must therefore be paid to the daily rest periods from 13h00-15h00 and 22h00-07h00 as well as the consideration for energy saving and recycling of waste. Please note that the apartment is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately pets cannot be allowed.

As a courtesy towards other guests FH-Signature is grateful for your consideration in leaving the apartment in the same condition as it was handed over to you. In case of any damages occurring during your rental period you are expected to inform FH-Signature immediately.

Internet Access & Responsibility

The apartment is equipped with an Internet access point. The use of this Internet access for the transmission, dissemination and/or duplication of information is regulated by federal laws and regulations. FH-Signature does not control the information obtained via the Internet access and, therefore, cannot be held responsible and liable for its use.

FH-Signature strongly advises guests not to violate these laws and regulations.

Liability

FH-Signature cannot be held liable or assume responsibility for any direct or indirect damages that may arise as a consequence during your stay. These include without limitation damages or losses because of fire, robbery or criminal behaviour or due to any other case of force majeure. Additionally, damages or inconveniences caused by you, your guests or any other persons for whom you are accountable during your stay are under your full responsibility.

 

These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.
